You're looking at a truck whose driver managed to snag some power lines . . .
. . . and tear down . . .
. . . not just one . . .
. . . but two utility poles. . .
. . . shutting off power to an entire business area.

Accidents happen, but what makes this guy a Tard is that if you compare photo 4 with photos
2 and 3, you can see that he began dragging the power lines as soon as he entered the parking
lot from the entrance.  Instead of stopping though, he keeps going all the way to the front door
(see photo 2), which causes both utility poles to snap.  Actually, it looks like he pulled down
two poles, but then snapped another two at the top (see photos 2 and 5).
